MPC Capital is the FSA registered private capital special situations investment and management arm of MPC Partners. We focus on UK headquartered mid-market companies turning over £20m–£350m.

We invest across the spectrum from under-performing and distressed companies to transactions arising from shareholder disputes and also consider pressing or problem fixing development capital opportunities. MPC brings executive leadership, capital, restructuring expertise and performance improvement to the businesses we work with. Our skill is fixing problems, and bringing change. A special situations focus means we can quickly structure and execute difficult deals.
